The Read Widely Challenge is all about expanding our reading world to include material we may not consider a favourite - whether we are talking about genre, writing style, author, or even the story structure. It's about opening up to the possibilities we may discover in something outside our comfort zone.
It's hard to believe, but it's already November 23, 2021! We're well into a new school year, and we're still rolling with the changing restrictions and procedures we need to follow. Through it all, I am happy to report that I've been able to put out the first of my book orders, and new books have started to arrive.
The most recent order included more of both fiction and non-fiction and the books are starting to arrive! These ones came today and there's a good mix of genres and topics - from horror, to poetry, to science fiction, to memoir.
